The Penn State football team picked up its first edge rusher in the Class of 2026 on Friday when Malvern Prep defensive end Jackson Ford committed to the program. Ford was a high-priority target for the Nittany Lions, who recently took official visits to Ohio State and, Michigan and Wisconsin.
Despite his ranking as a top 250 prospect, Ford is one of the less well-defined prospects in this class. Other than his recruiting pedigree and that he's a top target for Penn State, we haven't discussed much about his game.
