The Atlanta Falcons need Michael Penix to take a step up in Year 2 if they want to make the playoffs, but they will need other areas of the team to prove they can improve also to make it easier on Penix. The Houston Texans are another team looking to make things better for their young passer, but seem to be going in the wrong direction with their offseason. The team looking to capitalize is the Jacksonville Jaguars who have done a course correction this offseason and hope to knock off the Texans after a two-year run of division championships.
