North Carolina won the ACC Baseball Championship on Sunday afternoon with a complete performance in downing Clemson 14-4 in Durham Bulls Athletic Park. The Tar Heels started hot with four runs in the first three innings and then for all intents and purposes ended the festivities in the bottom half of the fifth. Home runs by Hunter Stokely, Tyson Bass and Jackson Van De Brake helped the Heels plate eight runs on seven hits to shut the door on the Tiger hopes. Inside Carolina was among the assembled media that spoke to head coach Scott Forbes, captain Jackson Van De Brake and Gavin Gallaher following the win.
