Luke Bamgboye (F - VCU)
Measurables: 6-10 200 lbs from London, England

Notes: I found a Fede replacement, and well, I’ll save my overall thoughts for later. Averaged 3.8 ppg, 3.3 rpg, and 2.1 bpg (!!!) in just under 17 minutes per game (16.8). 87% of his FGA come at the rim (60% FG%), and he has a solid touch. The defensive end is where he is well above average and has a chance to be an elite anchor of a defense. Again, 2.1 blocks per game in less than 17 minutes is insane. He has a block rate of 14.9% (!!) and isn’t just a guy that can guard down low. He has excellent feet and agility for a big man and can guard out on the perimeter in switch situations. His length and athleticism create real offense problems, and he has a quick second bounce. Offensively, I hope you like offensive rebounds. Bamgboye has a 10.3% OR Rate and is seemingly always in a good spot, box out wise. He is a really good cutter (82nd percentile) and, surprisingly, doesn’t grade out great as a roll man in the P&R (30th percentile).
RC's Overall Thoughts: This is your Fede replacement and then some. He’s younger, so there will be some “potential learning pains”, but if he were to commit to Tech, he fits right into the Fede role. From the skill set I’ve seen and knowing Tech would likely add 10-20 pounds on his frame, I think Bamgboye could be one of the better defensive-minded and lop threat bigs in the Big 12
